The groundbreaking of Willshire Homes was recently held on November 24, 2011.  F.S. Dulalia Realty Inc., led by VP James Dulalia and VP Conirose Dulalia, were present during the event as the marketing arm of the residential project.  Also present were the developer, Don Tino Realty and Development Corporation (DTRDC) represented by EVP Jexter Dulalia and the owners, Marvin and Michael Gan.  Coloong 1 Barangay officials graced the event as well, headed by Barangay Captain Wilfredo Ramos.

FSDRI, in line with its aim of providing homes and real estate investment especially for OFW’s, took advantage of the opportunity presented by the Expo to expand its network and to promote and market its real estate projects such as Villa Dulalia Fatima (EDSA Monumento, Valenzuela City), Congressional Homes (Project 8, Quezon City), Villa Dulalia Executive Village (Meycauayan, Bulacan) and Villa Dulalia Lambakin (Marilao, Bulacan).

This year, the PHILIPPINE FEDERATION OF REAL ESTATE SERVICE PROFESSIONALS, INC. (PFRESPI) was organized by a group of professional real estate practitioners from the government and private sectors nationwide to pursue a common objective of truly professionalizing the real estate industry and raising the level of ethical standards of licensed real estate practitioners. It is an organization of licensed real estate practitioners composed of senior, middle aged, and young professionals with a combined experience of more than 100 years.

PFRESPI is under the chairmanship of Pedro C. Tario and the presidency of Florentino S. Dulalia, Jr. Tario is a four-termer president of the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Association, Inc. (CREBA) and a two-termer national president of Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines (REBAP).

He also headed the Philippine Association of Realty Consultants & Specialists (PARCS) and was an instructor of Real Estate Management and Development at the Waiver School of Real Estate. Dulalia is a highly respectable real estate service professional and land developer with more than 180 awards in various fields of professions, civic and non-government service and has served the industry in various capacities as head of various business organizations.

Recently, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) has appointed him as a member of the Technical Committee for Real Estate Management from January 11-December 31, 2011. He attended certificate programs for International Real Estate Negotiation in Norway, Amsterdam and Global Application of Highest Best Use in FIABCI University, in Barcelona, Spain.

One of the first professional service associations formed after the Real Estate Service Act (RESA), PFRESPI works to maintain the integrity and reputation of the industry by providing its members excellent opportunities to network at local, national, and international meetings, promotional tools, education, wide reach of disciplines within the real estate business, marketing and publicity, network with the developers for a better commission, local, and international events.

Now a new member of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), its members can have the opportunity to worldwide connections such as the world real estate congress and the global real estate education.

PFRESPI has applied to be an Accredited and Integrated Professional Organization (AIPO) with the Philippine Regulation Commission.

FIABCI boasts of about 140 principal member organizations from all over the world with some 1,500 direct corporate members. Among the member organizations are the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Associations (CREBA) in the Philippines, the National Realtors Association of the United States, Appraisal Institute of America associations of developers in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) region.

Dulalia is a former national president of CREBA, and currently holds the positions of CREBA presidential adviser and chairman of the Council of Leaders. He initiated CREBA’s participation in the De la Salle-College of Saint Benilde School of Professional and Continuing Education (SPaCE) post-baccalaureate diploma program in real estate management. He is a consultant in real estate examinations being conducted by the Department of Trade and Industry.

His other achievements include being president of the Council of Real Estate Educators, and president of the Real Estate Brokers Associations of the Philippines during which he succeeded in expanding its membership in the Visayas and Mindanao; president of the F.S. Dulalia Jr. Realty Inc.; and president-chief executive officer, DonTin Realty and Development Corporation.
