Our Chairman & CEO Florentino S. Dulalia, Jr. was recently awarded Diplomate in Real Estate Management during the FIABCI-Philippines Property & Real Estate Awards Gala Night on April 17, 2015 at the Grand Ballroom of Manila Marriott Hotel, Pasay City, Metro Manila conferred by FIABCI-Philippines, The International Real Estate Federation & Philippine Council of Real Estate Educators, Inc. (PHILCORE).
The Diplomate and Fellow in Real Estate Management Awards were carried out to recognize exemplar individuals for their performance, achievement and role they played in the real estate industry, continuing professional education which contributed to the economic development of our country.
The very first Fellow in Real Estate Management Awards was conferred to six (6) pioneer Awardees in 1997 which includes Chairman & CEO Dulalia. The eminent Fellow in Real Estate Management have been unanimously elevated to the highest level as Diplomate in Real Estate Management in recognition of their long years of dedication to the service of real estate education and the industry as a whole, making them highly qualified to the coveted nomenclature and title.
