POSITION : SENIOR ARCHITECT

QUALIFICATION

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (or its equivalent) relevant to the job
• Preferably a Licensed Architect, but not a must
• Must have at least 5 years relevant experience
• Experience of at least 2 years on LAND DEVELOPMENT is an advantage.
• Proficient with advanced software like CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop in preparing architectural plans
• Knowledgeable in all architectural guidelines and standards, especially PD957 and BP220
• Must be keen to details and have good oral and written communication skills
