Founded on September 27, 1978, FSDR provides real estate services for over 40 years. It spans from brokerage to project development, establishing several businesses that makes up Dulalia Homes Group of Companies.

Headed by its Chairman, Mr. Florentino S. Dulalia Jr., a Certified Real Estate Broker (Topnotcher in the Real Estate Brokers Exam) and a Professional Real Estate Consultant (Top 3 in the Real Estate Consultant Licensure Exam) and has been awarded by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as 2015 Outstanding Professional for Real Estate Service and nominee for 2015 Nubla Excellence Award, one of the top 5 – shortlisted from among 46 professions regulated by PRC. A multi-awarded and well-recognized civic and leader in real estate industry. Mr. Dulalia is the first Filipino FIABCI World President who positively led the organization during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020-2021.

The company, through the leadership of Mr. Florentino S. Dulalia, Jr. is presently connected with major national and international Real Estate associations serving as officer (Chairman, President, Director, Governor, Adviser and Past President or officer) in most of the same, such as:
