Mr. Florentino S. Dulalia, Jr., one of the first recipient of FIABCI Philippines’ “The Achievers Circle Award”. A form of recognition for the exemplary accomplishments of members of FIABCI Philippines International, Inc. Such accomplishments pertain, not only to achievements in their corporate businesses or their individual careers, but more so to their contributions to FIABCI-Philippines as an industry organization that serves the interest of the real estate sector.

The award was accorded to Mr. Dulalia by FIABCI World President, Mr. Budiarsa Sastrawina, as the first Filipino elected President of FIABCI World. He led the FIABCI World even at the height of the Covid pandemic and institutionalized the membership of those from developing and underdeveloped countries worldwide.

Other awardees are the following: Arch. Nestor S. Mangio for having been conferred the highest honor – Likha Gold Medal Award by the United Architects of the Philippines. He was also awarded by the Professional Regulation Commission as Outstanding Professional for 2022 in the field of Real Estate Service. Mr. Frederick D. Go – who have been appointed presidential economic investments adviser by H.E. Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. last January 2023. Mr. Go is the President of Robinsons Land Corporation and now in an empowered position to boost the growth of real estate industry under any circumstances; and

Dr. Reghis M. Romero II – who have been appointed by President Rodrigo Duterte and reappointed by President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. as Special Envoy of the President to Japan for Business and Investment Promotion.
